Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty is seeking a Release Manager to oversee release management activities, coordinate environment changes, and ensure alignment with testing strategies across environments.

The role requires strong communication, documentation skills and solid knowledge of SDLC, including Waterfall and Agile methods. Experience with databases, XML, Oracle and cloud environments is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in release management and coordinating environment changes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder updates.
• Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle) and Windows-based systems.
• Familiarity with XML, web technologies and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release of environment changes across multiple environments.
• Maintain configuration management, branching and merging as per testing strategy.
• Provide forward release schedules and participate in key meetings.
• Work with test leads, dev leads and stream leads to ensure timely releases.
