Job summary

RELEX Solutions, a global AI‑driven supply chain planning company, seeks a Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC to lead AI-enabled delivery practices and modern project methods across the region. You will partner with regional and global teams to transform delivery, improve scalability, and drive measurable customer impact.

You’ll guide portfolio performance, governance, and capability building for project managers, while embedding new ways of working and data‑driven decision making

Qualifications

• Experience leading project or program transformations in software or technology companies.
• Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing domains.
• Proven experience leveraging AI to improve delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance, profitability, and delivery outcomes across APAC.
• Improve forecasting, resourcing, and governance with regional leadership.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery initiatives and change across the region.
• Scale delivery operations and optimize estimation, risk, and reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and governance forums for customers.
