Job summary
RELEX Solutions seeks a Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC to drive the transformation of project management and delivery methodologies across the APAC region. You will partner with regional leadership, PMO, and global teams to implement AI-enabled delivery innovations and standardized practices that enhance customer outcomes and profitability.
You will own strategic implementations, coordinate with professional services, customer success, and sales, and guide project planning,
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services or PMO leadership.
- Experience leading large-scale programs or transforming delivery operating models.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or analytics in delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio performance for regional delivery across APAC.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to grow SaaS delivery profitability.
- Improve scope, commercials, and resourcing predictability across the region.
- Lead alignment of new delivery methodologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Act as regional change lead for AI-enabled delivery operating model.
- Drive governance, transparency, and improvements in delivery outcomes.
