Job summary

The Aquarium is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Modern Retailing transformation in Sydney, on a hybrid contract. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, map customer journeys, and support transition from legacy platforms.

You will work across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Operational teams, delivering requirements through design, build, testing and implementation, with strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Business Analyst in large, complex environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and AS-IS/TO-BE analysis skills.
• Experience delivering major technology or platform transformation programs.
• Knowledge of integrations and data flows is desirable.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Modern Retailing transformation within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This is a significant business and technology transformation focused on modernising how customers purchase, manage and interact with products and services through a new Offer and Order-based environment.

You’ll work across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Operational teams, helping define requirements, map complex customer journeys and support the transition from existing platforms and processes.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams
• Experience across digital retailing, eCommerce, customer platforms or order management environments would be highly regarded
