Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety is recruiting two proactive Technical Business Development Specialists to join the Blackwoods team at Regency Park, South Australia. You will combine strong customer engagement with product expertise to identify opportunities and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Across Trade Tools & Assessories or PPE, you will engage directly with customers, conduct workplace assessments, demonstrations, and partner with sales teams to meet customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers to understand operating environments, challenges, and requirements, and identify opportunities where our products and solutions can add value.
• Create demand for targeted products and solutions, growing market share and sales.
• Run customer trials and demonstrations, including product evaluations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Conduct workplace assessments and recommend solutions that can improve safety, productivity, and compliance.
• Support customer projects, tenders, evaluations, and solution implementation activities.
• Bring customer feedback, product insights, and market observations back to Sales and Category teams to support ongoing development and growth.
