Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Authority Coordinator in South Australia. This full-time role focuses on improving governance, information flow and decision support across the business, working with senior leaders and technical teams to drive efficiency and collaboration.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, influence positive change, and contribute to ASC’s strategic objectives while sustaining critical submarine programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyse complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading or supporting change management and related communications.
• Highly organised, structured and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes even in challenging situations.
• Experience in regulated or high-risk environments is desirable and reporting clarity is important.

Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline governance processes, communication and ways of working.
• Coordinate governance meetings, forums and action tracking to ensure follow-through.
• Present key information, risks and progress updates to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and supporting the successful implementation and sustainment of change.
• Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations that support informed decision-making.
• Build effective communication channels between frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Support governance frameworks, policies and assurance activities.
• Lead communication and change activities associated with process and policy improvements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote best practices across the business.
