Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Authority Coordinator to enhance governance, communication and decision-making across the business. You will work with senior leaders and technical teams to drive performance, efficiency and collaboration while supporting submarine programs in Australia.

The role offers a full-time position based in Australia with opportunities to influence strategic objectives and sustainment initiatives across Osborne and other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve governance processes, comms and ways of working.
• Coordinate governance meetings, forums and action tracking.
• Present risks and progress to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Build channels between frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Support governance frameworks and assurance activities.
• Lead change activities for process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.
