Job summary

ASI Solutions is seeking a Talent Partner to own recruitment from brief to day one. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and then actively source across IT and other roles, using direct search, referrals and networks.

This is a permanent, full-time role in the People, Culture & Sustainability team, reporting to the PC&S Director. You’ll build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill IT roles, manage briefs, advertising, offers and onboarding, and contribute to workforce

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house recruiter within an IT, technology or managed services company.
• Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing candidates for technical and IT roles.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Experience supporting onboarding in partnership with an HR team.
• Exposure to workforce planning and employer branding or EVP activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and shifting priorities in a growing business.
• Familiarity with an ATS or HRIS, with Employment Hero experience an advantage.
• Experience managing external recruitment agency partnerships.
• Experience recruiting across more than one location or region.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for IT, technical and other roles across ASI and our acquired businesses, using direct search, referrals, job boards and professional networks.
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to shape role requirements, share market insight and plan hiring timelines.
• Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialist IT roles before vacancies arise.
• Managing job briefs, advertising, offers and the candidate experience from end to end.
• Coordinating onboarding with the PC&S team so every new starter has a smooth, consistent start.
• Contributing to workforce planning and our EVP to strengthen ASI’s employer brand.
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Keeping recruitment records and reporting accurate in Employment Hero, and making sure our practices meet employment legislation, ASI policy and DEI principles.
