Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a fast-paced and collaborative team, managing full recruitment campaigns across IT, technical and sales roles. This role partners with hiring managers and HR to develop profiles, source candidates, and guide offers through onboarding.

Hybrid work is available after training: office three days per week and two days of remote work.

Qualifications

• At least five years of agency or internal recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting IT, technical or sales professionals.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholder priorities.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.
• Ability to advise on recruitment strategies and labour market conditions.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms such as Taleo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Experience collaborating with remote and geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment campaigns from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Consulting with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop position profiles.
• Advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
• Recruiting across IT, technical and sales positions.
• Developing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social networks.
• Proactively engaging passive candidates and building talent pools.
• Providing labour market and remuneration insights to managers.
• Supporting workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Contributing to employer branding and candidate attraction campaigns.
• Maintaining records and ensuring discreet handling of information.
