Job summary

Talent, an established Australian technology organization, is seeking a Customer Services Consultant who enjoys combining customer service with hands-on application support and problem solving. You'll support customers with day-to-day use of business-critical software and investigate incidents.

The role offers exposure to implementations, testing, documentation and customer training, plus collaboration with internal technical and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in application, product, or software support.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident and problem management skills.
• Experience supporting software/web applications.
• Exposure to testing, implementation or functional analysis is highly regarded.
• Prior application support in health insurance, healthcare, clinical or medical systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with day-to-day use of business-critical software.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and complex support tickets.
• Perform functional analysis and collaborate with internal technical and product teams.
