Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally.
• Triaged minor technical issues and escalated where needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party providers.
• Log cases accurately and provide timely updates.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
• Build knowledge of technical systems and support tools.
