King IT in Queensland is seeking a customer-focused sales role where you connect with people, uncover real needs, and build tech solutions that protect their devices and data. You’ll explore why customers came in and guide them to the right mix of services, software, and training.

With full-time hours including weekends, you’ll join a team that values ownership and accountability, and offers onboarding, sales training, and clear paths to leadership as King IT expands across Queensland.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can build rapport fast.
• Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great – but not required.
• Sales-minded or sales-curious – you must be hungry to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Building trust and asking the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process
• Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training
• Helping customers understand the “why” behind what they came in for
• Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more
• Working as part of a results-driven team that values ownership and accountability
