King IT in Queensland is seeking a customer-focused salesperson to help clients choose solutions that protect their tech and data. You’ll build trust, uncover real needs, and present value-added services while working within a 16‑Step Sales Process.

Grow your product knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more, with commission on performance, team bonuses, and ongoing training as you advance.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly.
• Sales-minded or sales-curious with a drive to succeed.
• Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software).
• Available for full-time work, including weekends.
• Retail/service industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and ask the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process.
• Recommend solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training.
• Explain the "why" behind what customers came in for.
• Grow knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more.
• Work as part of a results-driven team with ownership and accountability.
