King IT in Queensland is seeking a customer-focused salesperson to help clients choose solutions that protect their tech and data. You’ll build trust, uncover real needs, and present value-added services while working within a 16‑Step Sales Process.

Grow your product knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more, with commission on performance, team bonuses, and ongoing training as you advance.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly.
• Sales-minded or sales-curious with a drive to succeed.
• Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software).
• Available for full-time work, including weekends.
• Retail/service industry experience is helpful but not required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training

• Helping customers understand the "why" behind what they came in for

• Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more

• Working as part of a results-driven team that values ownership and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Confident communicators who can build rapport fast

• Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great - but not required

• Sales-minded or sales-curious - you must be hungry to succeed

• Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software)

• Available for full-time work, including weekends.
