The role covers office technology categories such as computers, accessories, cables, audio‑visual gear, gaming, phones and conferencing solutions. You will prepare proposals and demonstrations, build trusted relationships, and stay ahead of market

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical products and how to communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for compelling presentations and proposals.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform decisions.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team player with pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Margin Growth: Achieve individual and state revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical product knowledge to sales team and clients.
• Sales Proposals: Preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
• Product Training: Conduct training sessions for sales account managers and clients.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) must be completed.
