Job summary

Telstra North Lakes is seeking a Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant to assist customers with product selection, service activation and basic troubleshooting in-store. You’ll be the friendly expert helping customers find tech solutions, contributing to store performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll stay up-to-date with Telstra offerings, use consultative selling to meet KPI targets, and benefit from flexible hours, staff discounts, and development opportunities in a dynamic retail
