The HT Group is partnering with a technology-driven manufacturing organization in the Greater Austin area to recruit a Technical Recruiter for engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations roles. This full-time onsite role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and successful offer execution.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, and build pipelines for current and future roles in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering/technical settings.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to close.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations positions.
• Recruit across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, automation, process, quality roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Identify passive candidates with strong technical backgrounds and engage them.
• Partner with leaders to translate hiring needs into effective recruiting plans.
• Screen candidates for experience, fit, and motivation; present opportunities effectively.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer discussions and closings.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
