The Onset Group is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead a specialist Engineering recruitment practice spanning Software, Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Process and Systems Engineering in Sydney. You will partner with engineering leaders and executives, driving recruitment across permanent and contract roles in a market-critical sector.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in 360 recruitment, a strong Deep Tech or engineering focus, and a track record in business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Australia.
• Experience in Deep Tech, Engineering or Technology recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term partnerships with Engineering leaders, Founders and technical executives.
• Recruit across complex and highly specialised engineering environments.
• Drive growth across permanent and contract recruitment.
• Develop talent strategies for scaling Deep Tech businesses.
