Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Diploma/certificate in Human Resource Management preferred.
• Previous HR experience is an asset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Complete preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Create engaging job postings and source candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the pipeline.
• Perform reference checks and offer-prep steps.
• Create orientation folders and set up new employees.
• Support onboarding tasks and credential creation.
• Review orientation documents and follow up as needed.
• Handle filing and recruitment/onboarding duties.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
