Job summary

Randstad is seeking a capable project professional for a 12-month temporary assignment, commencing late July, in Australia. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Technology PMO, coordinating governance frameworks, tool optimisation and project administration.

It is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will manage PMO templates, dashboards, and status reporting while collaborating with technology teams to ensure delivery

Qualifications

• PMO environment experience in Project Coordinator or Project Support Officer roles.
• Experience in Technology PMO or regulated environments is desirable.
• Solid foundation in project management and business support functions.
• Experience working with technical development or operations teams on systems rollout.
• Familiarity with project tracking and work management software platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and adaptable, thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technology PMO.
• Develop and maintain standardised project templates, risk and action registers.
• Assist Technology Managers with governance navigation and tracking.
• Update project portfolios and dashboards for clear timelines.
• Collaborate with technical operations to optimise PM tools.
• Coordinate and automate weekly and monthly status reporting.
• Support Senior Project Managers with admin and tracking to focus on milestones.
