Job summary

CareCone Group in Sydney seeks a Technology Governance and Performance Analyst to drive reporting, dashboards, and executive insights. You will translate business needs into automated, repeatable governance reports and KPI scorecards, collaborating with Data & Analytics, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining Power BI dashboards, KPI registers, SharePoint knowledge bases, and governance calendars; preparing agendas, minutes and action logs for Audit & Risk forums; and

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive and governance reporting packs.
• Advanced Excel and reporting analysis capability.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting skills.
• SharePoint administration and information management capability.
• Excellent written communication, documentation and facilitation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business process mapping and process improvement.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, audit or performance management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation, enhancement and automation of technology performance reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate the monthly Technology Executive Report with stakeholder engagement and QA.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI registers and scorecards.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions with Data & Analytics teams.
• Maintain reporting frameworks, KPI definitions and governance documentation.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, repositories and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate governance calendars, annual work plans and governance activities.
• Coordinate governance forums, including Audit & Risk Forums and leadership reporting forums, including agendas, packs, minutes and action logs.
• Monitor completion of audit recommendations and risk treatments.
• Coordinate review, maintenance and publication of policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in governance, performance reporting, PMO, audit, risk or business operations.
• Proven experience delivering reporting improvements, automation or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks and performance reporting artefacts.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting visualisation.
• Experience coordinating governance forums and management meetings.
• Experience managing audit actions, risk treatments and governance registers.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and collaboration workspaces.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills across technical and non-technical teams.
