Job summary

Halcyon Knights is seeking a Power Platform Service Coordinator to govern the organisation's Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365. You will oversee onboarding, governance, and production readiness while enabling business users and vendors to deliver compliant solutions.

The role focuses on governance and operational coordination with central responsibility for reporting, measurements, and audits. Brisbane-based AO5 position, with standard government agency benefits.

Qualifications

• Governance, compliance, or operational coordination experience in a technology environment.

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Own governance for Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 across the whole organisation
• Build the Power BI reporting that leadership uses to track adoption, compliance and risk
• Coordination, not delivery, no project deadlines, just a well-run platform

With that growth comes a need for strong governance. This role sits in the central Power Platform Team and is the go-to person for business users, makers and vendors, making sure solutions are onboarded, deployed and supported the right way. You'll free up the technical specialists to focus on strategy and security, while you run the operational side.
