Technology Governance and Reporting Analyst

About the role

Sitting within the Technology function, you will be responsible for the delivery of executive reporting and governance coordination, with a strong focus on Power BI and performance insights. This is a hands-on role at the centre of executive reporting, Power BI dashboard development, and governance coordination.

Key responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end delivery of the monthly Technology Executive Report (stakeholder inputs, drafting, quality control, and final executive-ready pack)

Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI reporting frameworks

Producing clear, accurate, and timely performance reporting to support leadership decision-making

Coordinating governance forums and leadership reporting rhythms (including Audit & Risk-related reporting)

Preparing agendas, minutes, papers/packs, and maintaining action registers, decision logs, and governance trackers

Tracking and driving completion of audit recommendations, risk treatments, and governance actions

Managing the Technology team's SharePoint environment (documentation repositories, policies, standards, and knowledge content)

Partnering with Data & Analytics teams to translate reporting requirements into practical, high-quality reporting outputs

Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and overall governance effectiveness

About you

Demonstrated experience in a PMO, governance, performance reporting, audit, risk, or business operations function

Proven track record delivering reporting uplift, automation, or reporting transformation initiatives

Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting visualisations

Experience producing executive-level reporting including KPI frameworks, scorecards and performance packs

Experience coordinating governance forums/committees, including agendas, minutes, action management and decision tracking

Experience managing audit actions, risk registers, governance trackers and stakeholder commitments through to completion

Strong SharePoint administration/content management capability (repositories, artefacts, information structure)

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials

Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
