Job summary

Sarah Bolitho is partnering with a global trading firm to recruit a Campus Recruiter responsible for technology pipelines across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape and deliver the technology recruitment strategy, and work with technology leaders and campus teams to identify future talent needs and build strong pipelines.

This is a broad role combining hands-on talent acquisition with strategy, stakeholder partnership and project ownership, with dedicated support for events and marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and partner with leaders.
• Campus or graduate recruitment experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technology recruitment strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern hires.
• Build pipelines and relationships with universities and student groups.
• Collaborate with global recruitment colleagues to share best practices.
