The Company
We're partnering with a global trading firm where technology, quantitative modelling and engineering play a critical role in how markets operate.
With an established presence in Australia and a strong focus on innovation, the organisation brings together highly skilled technology, research and trading professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The business continues to invest in its people, technology and approach to talent, creating an opportunity for someone to make a genuine impact within a high-performing Talent Acquisition function.
As the Campus Recruiter responsible for the technology pipelines, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering the organisation's technology recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a broad recruitment opportunity combining hands-on talent acquisition with strategy, stakeholder partnership and project ownership. You will work closely with technology leaders and the wider Campus and Talent Acquisition teams to identify future talent needs, build strong talent pipelines and continually improve how technical talent is engaged and assessed.
With dedicated support across events and marketing, the role has a strong focus on recruitment, relationships and building a targeted approach to technology talent.
You will be an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment and a genuine interest in building your understanding of emerging technical talent.
You will bring a track record of working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of recruitment projects, processes or new talent initiatives. You are comfortable operating with a level of ambiguity and enjoy creating structure, developing new approaches and finding better ways of doing things.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills will be important, as will the ability to build credibility with technical leaders and work effectively as part of a broader team.
Campus or graduate recruitment experience will be highly regarded, however we are also open to candidates from an experienced-hire technology recruitment background who are interested in applying their skills in a campus environment.
The process will include an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by a series of interviews and an assessment with the client.
Levyl encourages diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment and is committed to responding to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes and motivators. When you apply on one of our ads, please tell us the pronouns that you use and any reasonable adjustments that you may need throughout the interview process.
