Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead daily operations in our Caringbah South OSHC service. You will supervise staff, support program delivery, and ensure safety and engagement for children before and after school and during holidays.

This permanent, part-time role requires leadership, teamwork, and a passion for childcare. You will work split shifts with a Director of Service guiding you to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays positive.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun!
• Relevant ELC Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.

Job Description

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location

Caringbah South, NSW

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday

BSC: 6:30am - 9:00am; ASC: 2:50pm - 6:30pm; Admin: 2.33; Total: 33.17 hours per week
