Organic and Natural Store in The Leap near Mackay is seeking an upbeat all-rounder to support a friendly, health-focused shop environment. You will help with customer service, coffee and drinks, and handling stock, packing, and deliveries.

We are open seven days and value flexibility across weekdays and weekends, with potential for increased hours and responsibility as you grow with the team.

We have an all-rounder position available for a friendly and positive person, who has in interest in health and wellness - experience with coffee making, customer service and healthy products preferred. Need to be flexible across various weekdays and weekends (we are open 7 days).

Role includes a wide variety of jobs: customer service, cash register operation, coffee and drinks preparation, packing and deliveries, stock handling, general shop duties

Ideally seeking someone committed to the area, interested in growing into full-time or permanent role with increased responsibility. Flexible casual arrangements also considered.

We are an established organic store located on the edge of our permaculture farm at The Leap, just 15 mins north of Mackay, near beautiful beaches, rainforest areas, and the Whitsunday Islands.

Our eco-friendly store and garden verandah cafe is a calm, welcoming space offering fresh organic food, coffee, teas, smoothies and treats - surrounded by fresh air and tropical greenery.
