Job summary

Rose Gelateria is seeking motivated and enthusiastic All Rounders to join our team across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, serving gelato and coffee, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe, restaurant, fast food or hospitality environments.
• At least 6 months in an all-rounder or similar role.
• Barista experience is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability and willingness to travel to all store locations — Hamilton, Bowen Hills and New Farm.
• Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
