Job summary

DP World Contract Logistics – Truganina VIC is seeking a capable Team Leader – Warehouse to guide a fast-paced unit handling receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders. You will drive safety, accuracy and on-time performance in a customer-focused operation.

You will lead and coach a team, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure stock integrity while complying with WHS policies. A forklift licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership, team leader, or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfilment processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise work and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift Licence (LF) is desirable.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader – Warehouse to join our Logistics team based in Truganina. In this role, you will lead and support a team responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders while ensuring a safe, productive, and customer-focused warehouse operation.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required to support operational needs.
