Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Truganina site under a fixed-term contract. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver high standards of service for our customers.

You will oversee the operations team and warehouse activities to meet SLAs, analyse performance data, optimise resources and costs, and develop talent for succession. Strong leadership, communication, and WMS/MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage, motivate and develop your team.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
