Tetris Labour Hire is recruiting multiple Warehouse Team Leaders for clients across Melbourne. You will lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely intake and output of goods while upholding safety and quality standards.

These temp-to-perm roles include day, afternoon and night shifts with overtime during peak periods. You will oversee inbound processing, roster teams, and develop staff using warehouse management systems.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Team Leaders that are extremely familiar in the Warehousing & Distribution Industry for clients located across Truganina and Derrimut.

Temp to Perm Monday - Friday (with ADHOC weekend work during peak periods)

AM Shift: 6:00PM - 2:00PM

PM Shift: 3:00PM - 11PM

Night Shift: 11:30PM-5:30PM

Flexibility to work overtime as required

Position Requirements:

Lead and coordinate the daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate intake and output of goods.

Adhere to and Promote all company policies and procedures including OH&S.

Ensuring work is completed and people are used efficiently.

Actively identify opportunities for process improvements

Monitor and manage performance of Inbound Team.

Supervise the receiving team to ensure all inbound shipments are accurately unloaded, checked, and recorded.

Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet daily receiving targets

Rostering of the team

Learn and use the internal warehouse managements systems including:

Assist with training and development of team members
