Livit Disability Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our South Coast team, based in Victor Harbor with travel to surrounding areas. You will coach and develop Support Workers, coordinate services and respond to operational challenges to achieve positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (highly regarded).

Livit Disability Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our South Coast team. Based from our office in Victor Harbor with the requirement to travel to Southern Metro (Christies Beach & surrounding areas) you will support and develop Support Workers, coordinate services, respond to operational challenges and help ensure positive outcomes for clients.

Our regional Team Leaders work collaboratively to support one another across a range of service types and locations. The disability sector and NDIS environment are dynamic and continually evolving, and we are seeking a leader who is adaptable, solutions-focused and willing to work across different services when required. This collaborative approach helps ensure continuity of support, positive team culture and strong outcomes for clients.
