Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Team Leader, Rostering to lead a small team responsible for accurate staff rosters and workforce records in Victoria. You will help keep daily operations running by planning ahead, solving roster issues, and supporting managers and staff.

You will supervise rostering officers, providing guidance, training and support, and plan rosters up to six weeks ahead to meet operational needs and workplace requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience using a workforce management system such as TimeTarget, Humanforce or Kronos.
