Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in rostering, workforce management, payroll systems or HR tech.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and enterprise bargaining frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on data integrity and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Rostering Systems professionals.
• Oversee configuration and optimisation of workforce management and rostering systems.
• Coordinate testing and implementation for legislative, payroll and EA changes.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders across Payroll, P&C, Finance, Technology and operations.
• Act as primary contact for external vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and policies through governance.
• Support reporting and workforce insights for informed decision-making.
