Synergie is seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to support and grow our brand-new Brisbane operation based in North Brisbane. This is a prime opportunity to shape a branch from the ground up and capitalise on our existing foundations.

You'll lead recruitment delivery and workforce coordination across key accounts, mentor a small team of consultants, conduct regular client visits, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive branch growth in a fast-paced labour hire environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, labour hire, staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with clients and field staff.
• Organised, resilient and solutions-focused.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the North Brisbane/Greater Brisbane market is advantageous.
