Synergie is seeking a commercially driven Business Manager to lead and grow our Far North Queensland operation in Cairns. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy, client ownership, and strong growth potential in a blue-collar recruitment environment.

You’ll drive sales, nurture key client partnerships, and mentor a small team of consultants while ensuring safe, compliant delivery across the region.

Synergie is seeking a commercially driven Business Manager to lead and grow our Far North Queensland operation based in Cairns. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy, client ownership, and strong future growth potential.

This is not a behind-the-desk leadership role. We’re looking for a strong operator who can drive sales, build client relationships, lead from the front, and support a growing blue-collar recruitment business on the ground.

You’ll take ownership of an established regional operation, managing a small team while focusing on business development, client growth, operational delivery, and workforce safety.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
• Leading from the front across sales, recruitment delivery, and operations
• Managing and mentoring a small team of consultants
