Job summary

Healthcare Australia Brisbane is seeking a dynamic recruitment leader to head our Brisbane Branch Manager and lead a high-performing recruitment and workforce team across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors.

The role focuses on driving performance, growing the workforce, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions while building long-term trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you’ll lead our Brisbane Branch Manager, managing a high-performing recruitment and workforce team while building strong relationships with clients across the Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors.

You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, supporting workforce growth, strengthening client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing solutions across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong focus on people management, client engagement, service delivery, and business development.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance, fill-rate, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships, identify workforce needs, and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
