Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers in a hands-on position with full ownership of the branch's performance. You will drive growth of the existing client base organically and with new clients, with Business Development as a key requirement. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and team performance while ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture. A background in Industrial Labour Hire will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share, and gross profit performance
• Manage and retain existing clients while generating new business opportunities
• Oversee and optimise consulting and account management functions
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff performance, including regular reviews

About you

• Proven experience in a management role in a Recruitment / Labour Hire company preferred
• Strong background in Account Management and Recruitment/Consulting
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a manager or show you can progress to a business manager position
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and drive results
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
• Recruiting systems and compliance knowledge.
