Job summary

Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a Team Leader – Plumber / Drainer – Maintenance to lead critical water and wastewater works in Rockhampton. You will plan jobs, keep systems running, and drive quality outcomes while guiding a team of trades professionals.

The role requires a qualified Licensed Plumber & Drainer (QLD), strong planning and safety focus, and experience maintaining water and wastewater infrastructure.

Team Leader – Plumber / Drainer – Maintenance

• Permanent Full Time

• Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight

• $92,128 - $94,662 per annum (LGIA Stream C Building and Trades Level 2 – 3 + Site Allowance + Tool Allowance + Leading Hand Allowance 2) + Superannuation

• Potential earnings up to $125,000 per annum, including on-call participation and overtime opportunities (actual earnings will vary based on availability and hours worked).

• Location – Rockhampton
