Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Team Leader to guide an in-store team and shape the customer journey. You’ll take ownership of the team environment you want to create and work closely with the Area Leader to drive store success.

You’ll lead with Flight Centre Travel Group’s values of ownership, egalitarianism and irreverence, while motivating your team to reach their full potential and delivering great sales outcomes.

• Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
• Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
• Earn additional incentives for your store’s sales
• Receive leadership training from Flight Centre Learning and Development team
