Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in New South Wales seeks a Team Leader to own the team environment and drive success alongside the Area Leader. You will manage budgets, train new starters, and inspire your team toward peak performance within a One Best Way framework.

You’ll be the in-store leader, leveraging Flight Centre Travel Group’s values to guide the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Leadership development opportunities are provided.

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service environment.

• Ability to train and develop new starters and ongoing team development.
