Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Future Team Leader in Bulimba, QLD to support the Team Leader in shaping a thriving store environment. You’ll influence staff, help drive in-store performance and contribute to budget and P&L outcomes while building a strong, value-driven team.

The role combines frontline sales travel consulting with leadership development, store-level decision making and hands-on mentoring of new starters.
