Flight Centre Travel Group in Queensland is seeking a Team Leader to drive a high-performing retail team and own the in-store environment.

You will lead budgets, deliver P&L targets, train new starters, and motivate the team while aligning with Flight Centre’s values. This full-time role offers leadership development and frontline travel sales experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Strong coaching and development skills.

• Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems.
• Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations.
• Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training.
