Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Future Team Leader in NSW to kick‑start your leadership journey. In support to your Team Leader, you will influence the in-store environment and help drive your team's success.

You will gain leadership training, learn how to manage budgets and P&L, train new starters, and model Flight Centre's values of ownership and collaboration while guiding your team toward delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
• Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
• Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
• Receive leadership training from our very own Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
• Create and contribute to a positive working environment
• Motivate your team to reach their full potential
