Job summary

Green by Nature AU in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Team Leader to head a small mowing and brushcutting team. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, a competitive salary and superannuation, and the chance to ensure client gardens meet high maintenance standards.

You will lead with organisation and people skills, mentor staff, and coordinate schedules. A Certificate III in Horticulture is preferred, a valid driver's license is required, and you will benefit from a supportive

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
