Delaware North Australia is hiring a Team Leader Food & Beverage to guide our team at Lizard Island Resort. You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation and deliver exceptional guest experiences with a guest-focused, energetic approach.

We’re seeking a proactive leader with experience in hospitality, ability to train staff, drive upselling, and ensure compliance with company standards. Join a global hospitality legacy in a unique reef setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue.
• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster including days and nights.

• Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue
• Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
• Adhere to compliance and operational requirements, in line with Delaware North’s standards and procedures
