Job summary

Delaware North Australia seeks a Team Leader Food & Beverage at Lizard Island Resort to guide a passionate, high-energy team in delivering exceptional guest experiences on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

You'll train and develop staff, ensure compliance with safety and service standards, and drive upselling and guest satisfaction across a 7-day roster, including days and nights. This role offers growth within a global hospitality leader and a unique reef-side environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue.
• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including days and nights.

• Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue.
