Job summary

Delaware North Australia is seeking a Team Leader Food & Beverage to lead our fast-paced, high-volume operation at Lizard Island Resort on the Great Barrier Reef. You will train and develop staff, drive guest-focused service, ensure compliance, and implement upselling programs.

This role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster and a passion for delivering a 5-star experience at a Relais & Châteaux and 3 Michelin Key property.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume-driven venue.
• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster including days and nights.
