Carrington is seeking a Hotel Services Team Leader to oversee servery and housekeeping within a Residential Care Facility, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining and living experience.

You will lead and coach staff, coordinate meal preparation and service, and ensure rooms and facilities are maintained to high standards, contributing to overall resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in a food service, hospitality or catering environment.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with the ability to motivate, support and develop team members.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker check clearance and pre-employment assessment.
• Driver's license and reliable transport.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Hotel Services Team Leader, you will ensure quality services are provided within your assigned Residential Care Facility. Your co-ordination & preparation for meal services, presentation, plating and serving of meals ensure our residents have an enjoyable eating experience, while catering to their nutritional and dietary needs. Likewise you will ensure resident's rooms are clean, tidy and hygienically maintained, enabling residents to move around safely and supporting their wellbeing. We currently have a Part Time opportunity available, with shifts starting no earlier than 6:00am and finishing by 7:30pm across a fortnightly roster.
