Job summary

Carrington Care is seeking a Hotel Services Assistant to provide quality meal services across four Residential Care and Assisted Living facilities. You will prepare meals, present, plate and serve to ensure residents have an enjoyable dining experience while catering to nutritional needs.

Opportunities available for both Full and Part Time rosters, with shifts starting as early as 6:00am and finishing by 7:30pm, offering work-life balance and not-for-profit benefits.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• Exposure to food and beverage desirable.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment and obtain an NDIS Worker check clearance.

The Opportunity

As a Hotel Services Assistant, you will provide quality services across our four Residential Care Facilities and Assisted Living facility. Your preparation for meal services, presentation, plating and serving of meals ensure our resident have an enjoyable eating experience, while catering to their nutritional and dietary needs. We currently have Full & Part Time opportunities available, with rosters of 35-76 hours per fortnight, with shifts starting no earlier than 6:00am and finishing by 7:30pm and varying patterns across the week.

About You

• Driver’s license and reliable transport
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
• Some exposure to food and beverage experience desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
• Right to work in Australia
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment and obtain an NDIS Worker check clearance
